- Maintain accounts receivable and payable
- Invoicing
- Receive payable invoices
- Enter, write checks and, when necessary, investigate accounts payable invoices.
- Statements
- Payroll – including federal and state reporting, W-2’s and 1099’s
- Sales tax
- Bank reconciliation
- General ledger entries
- Financial reports
- Communicate (both in verbal and written form) with clients, vendors, and accountants.
- Create receivable invoices and follow up (both in verbal and written form) for timely payment.
- Code payables and receivables for input into Quickbooks.
- Assist accountants on tax return preparation.
- Perform other duties, as assigned from time to time, by accountants or owners.
